This French SME has developed a new aerosol technology. It consists in a reusable system which can be fixed on bottle to distribute liquids (such as drinks, chemicals...) with a high accuracy and power of service.

The technology offered is a measuring cap removable and reusable for life which can be installed on any type of housing standard aerosol.
This sustainable development aerosol thus formed is based on a closure system and distribution is very simple because it consists of three machined parts and a gasket.

Innovative Aspects

Thanks to its clever design, the system can withstand pressures exceeding 30 bar to efficiently distribute (power and precision of service) and safely (impossible torn away) most of the liquid or gaseous products, whatever their viscosity, whatever the particle size, and whatever the desired flow rate.

This system is adaptable to any type of standard boxes of aerosols, which allows considering many applications.

Because it is removable, the pressurized container respects the legislation and allows public use (not subject to periodic checks).

The system of closure and the distribution is easily removable and can be very easily cleaned.

System is designed to be produced by plastic injection if cost imperatives were priority on the sustainable reuse.
